Further afield, head to Southwold Beach (9 miles) to take a stroll along the pier or treat yourself to some fish and chips. Or make your way to RSPB Minsmere Nature Reserve (3 miles) to hike the trails in search of marsh harrier, otters, water voles and natterjack toads.
