It has three double bedrooms, one single bedroom, an ensuite bathroom, a family bathroom and ground floor shower room, together with a spacious farmhouse dining room with Aga, separate kitchen, three reception rooms and a secluded and pretty garden - from which you can hear the sea.
The house is in the centre of the village, very close to the renowned pub, The Ship, which serves excellent food and the locally brewed Adnams beers from Southwold, just a fifteen minute drive up the coast. Dunwich forest and heath offer excellent places to walk and cycle with the beach a stroll around the corner ..The Ferns is a perfect hideaway for those looking for relaxation and rejuvenation by the sea and is a very much the Owners home with all of the quirks and charm that you would expect in a cottage of its age ..
