The ground floor also has a lovely shower room and a cheerful twin bedroom. Upstairs, there’s a family bathroom and a separate shower room, alongside the four remaining bedrooms: two king-size (one en-suite), one twin, and an en-suite super-king-size room. Two sets of bifold doors open from the kitchen/diner onto the pretty patio which makes a lovely space for a spot of al fresco dining. Walberswick is a charming former fishing village along the Dunwich River, with several great pubs and restaurants. Southwold is a short ferry ride across the River Blyth, and is home to a popular model boat pond, lighthouse and beach. Also nearby are RSPB Minsmere, Henstead Exotic Gardens and Leiston Abbey, all within 12 miles.
