Fairhaven was absolute fabulous. We have two children under 3 and the huge, secure garden and short walk to both the beach and playground were just what was needed. The Ikea high chair was also a welcome find! Our only regret was that we couldn’t have booked for longer. We would definitely return
A very spacious, quiet, comfortable holiday home in a wonderful location with a with the added bonus of a really big garden .
Loved it for our family. The trampoline and ping pong were extensively used. Waiting to book it for next year.
Fairhaven was very nice, great location tucked away from the main road in the village - would definitely stay there again. We love Walberswick and the surrounding area and visit as often as we can.
Fairhaven is a gorgeous house with a great location and a lovely garden. The rooms are all comfy and homely. Lovely bedrooms and modern bathrooms with great showers. The bed linen and towels provided were top quality. A super kitchen with an Aga and loads of storage space. The table tennis table in the garage was a bonus.
Lovely home and gardens. Very secluded and therefore even by Walberswick standards, quiet and relaxing. So good, we are coming back!
We had a wonderful holiday with friends and family! Great house and garden.
This property was perfect for the needs of a big family group with a lovely, peaceful location in the village. The house has plenty of areas to gather together for meals, chat and relaxation, but also space for peaceful moments and games and TV- and the garden was fantastic. The layout worked well for our family groups, with lovely private rooms for the adults and good space for the kids. The location is superb for evening walks to the pub and daily trips to Southwold and beyond. We had a fabulous time!
A lovely stay, plenty of space and very peaceful. Amazing garden and location. Heritage Hideaways gave great service and thought of everything and made it all so easy. Would definitely return. Thank you.
What a haven Fairhaven is! The house has a lovely feel and is so well located for all that's on offer in Walberswick- the seaside, the Harbour, the pubs, shops, cafes, church, deli and walks! It has been such a relaxing stay and we'd love to return one day!
Such a lovely and comfortable stay. We made a great use of the garden, notably an excellent game of family cricket. Thank you for sharing the house with us. Good fun had by all! Lovely.
Wonderful holiday with the family. Walberswick is a delightful place, safe and fun for young children with excellent pub/restaurants and small shops in a quiet setting. The house was lovely, comfortable with a wonderful garden. It was close to the beach and other amenities and we were sorry to leave. There was plenty of room for all the family, with a wonderful kitchen and dining room. The lounge was also lovely but really needed a TV for evening viewing with all the family. The beds were comfortable. Also a lovely welcome gift from Heritage Hideaways, many thanks.
Absolutely perfect. Loved every minute. Walberswick is a great place to visit and to explore the surrounding countryside. This is one of the best properties I've rented. It was ideal for our three generation family holiday as the house was large and comfortable. The kitchen is large and very well equipped and the dining room with a view over the huge garden was just perfect. It is in a great location in the village and I'd book it again without hesitation.
We have had the most wonderful weekend here at Fairhaven. The children spent the whole weekend in the garden while the adults all relaxed we enjoyed Walberswick to the fullest.

We absolutely loved the Walberswick area. We took our dog with us and the walks from the house were varied and interesting. We are certainly looking to visit this area again. There are so many places to visit in Suffolk that a week was not long enough, hence the need to return soon. Fairhaven is a lovely house with plenty of room for a family. A huge, well tended garden and everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The beds are very comfy with good quality bedding. Plenty of fridge and freezer space and lots of storage cupboards in the kitchen. I would certainly choose the same house again if I was having a family holiday. The garden is a great asset, especially if there are young children who need to have room to run around. The kitchen is well equipped except for sharp knives. A few more for food preparation would be useful.
