Garden: Shared sheltered courtyard with garden furniture (please note garden which overlooks the Common is the owner’s land).
Parking: Private for two small cars or one large car.
Heating: Electric heating.
Notes: Wi-Fi and towels provided. Travel cot and highchair available to use. Please note there are two steps up to the entrance hall from the garden.
Security Deposit: A £100 security deposit is required four weeks prior to your holiday.
Southwold Central - The properties located in central Southwold are all within minutes of the market place, with the elegant Swan Hotel, an excellent range of small shops including a greengrocers with fresh local produce, family butcher and delicatessen. The upper promenade is ideal for a peaceful stroll at any time of the year and provides quick access to the beach and of course, the lighthouse in the town is a good landmark. There is also easy access to the common and a nearby footpath takes you down to the harbour with the foot ferry to Walberswick (summer only). Don't forget that the beach is never very far away!
