Guest Services

We are looking for a fun, friendly, enthusiastic person with a can-do attitude to join the Guest Services team in Suffolk. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday – Saturday with a day off in the week.

You will need to be someone with a happy and confident personality which is imperative to the role, working individually or as part of a team, be able to keep calm under pressure and able to react in a helpful and constructive way. 

Attention to detail is vital, as is an empathetic manner when liaising with customers and the rest of the team. You will also need to be well organised, with great time management skills. Good computer skills, a good standard of written communication and a friendly and helpful telephone manner are all important parts of this customer facing role.
