Reydon is only divided from Southwold by Buss Creek, a narrow stretch of water where the fishing boats (busses) of long ago used to tie up. All properties therefore have easy access to the beaches and the town centre amenities by road or the various footpaths. Reydon boasts two well-stocked village stores, as well as the Randolph Hotel, which has an excellent restaurant and good ‘locals’ bar.

South View Cottage is on two floors and fitted to a high standard. This property offers itself as an ideal holiday home with its excellent position (almost in Southwold) and wonderful views over the marshes towards Southwold.
