The village of Theberton is just over 2.5 miles from the RSPB reserve at Minsmere, which is a delight for bird watchers. It provides easy access to the Suffolk Heritage Coast, with Dunwich and Southwold to the North and Aldeburgh to the South. The village has an interesting church and a traditional pub serving good food and a selection of real ales.

Pump Cottage has recently been built in the traditional rural Suffolk style. It stands on the edge of the small attractive village of Theberton. It is attractively and comfortably furnished and has a fully enclosed rear garden with the benefit of unspoilt views of open countryside. Shop: 1.5 miles Pub: 0.3 miles
