It is off the beaten track with no through traffic and comprises pretty cottages grouped around the green and overlooked by the church - it is one of Suffolk's best kept secrets. Minsmere nature reserve is only 3.5 miles away (less by foot), Dunwich and the coast four miles, Southwold ten miles, Aldeburgh seven miles.

Moles Meadow is a stunning barn having recently been superbly and sensitively converted. It occupies one acre and has lovely views over the beautiful surrounding countryside. Pub: 1 mile Shop: 2 miles
