Blo Norton is an pretty, unspoilt village with many surrounding quiet lanes, ideal for walking, cycling and painting, close to Redgrave and Lopham Fen. Its position close to the Norfolk/Suffolk borders, makes it ideal for exploring all that both counties have to offer. There are a number of country pubs which offer meals and real ale. Six miles away is Diss, a small market town with weekly antique auctions and a selection of shops. Bury St Edmunds, Norwich and Thetford are all easily reached and well worth a visit, as is Bressingham Steam Museum, which is just three miles away.
